The residents will choose from a wide range of apartments with between one and three bedrooms. Each of the Quantum on the Bay condos features magnificent windows stretching from the floor to the ceiling (which will be between nine and thirteen feet high, depending on the style of apartment chosen). These provide the perfect viewpoint to look out over the surrounding scenery from the comfort of home, with doors opening out onto spacious balconies so each resident can step outside and enjoy the sunshine. The apartments have wall to wall carpets, abundant closet space and all the necessary appliances, including a stacked washer and dryer and a stainless steel kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The care that has gone in to designing Quantum on the Bay is apparent in every aspect of its design, from the thoughtful use of technology, which has brought cable TV and high speed Internet access to every apartment, to the quality of the materials used, which include customized tiles in the kitchens and the option of marble countertops in the bathroom.
